The Department of Fair Trading has been informed that Stefan Mayer's home at 10 St Andrews Drive, Pymble is for sale and that there is a good possibility that he may be planning to abscond to Bali where he has a property. It was suggested that they may consider slapping a Caveat on the property.
The Australian Taxation Department have also been asked to investigate all the companies operated by Stefan Mayer as it was likely that Income Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements together with the appropriate GST may not have been lodged for many years.

Stefan Mayer has not paid the required superannuation contributions for at least one of his long term employees . The amount of contributions being in the order of $50,000.00 - what a terrible loss for that employee. In addition he failed to pay that employee the last six weeks wages in December 2011. This is the man who states, .... "I have done nothing wrong apart from run a business and I promise you all I will complete all the outstanding works.my company is my baby."
